Aubusson floral pillow with a dusty sage green background, towards grey. Some call it blue but, it's not really. Maybe a blue grey. Whatever color a person sees in this aubusson, it is soft and easy to look at.
The tassel trim is made up of two tones of individual tassels. One is overall a sage color (with bronze and ercu) and the other has peach, bronze and ecru. The deepest colors on the flowers are burnt sienna and rust against nutmeg, variegated brown colors and muted peach.
It looks like it's old but, it's not. A very good looking wool aubusson.
It has a down and feather insert and measures approximately 20x20. The face is 100% wool and hand woven. The back is finished in a camel color cotton velvet and has a zipper closure.
