There are not a lot of different colors in this piece. However, I think it is the combination of varied tones of only blue and beige that make this aubusson exceptional. If you need a splash of blue to fit in with your home decor, this pillow is a wonderful choice. You don't have to worry about introducing other colors. The best way I can describe this particular blue is to say it is a very soft aqua. Against the pewter-like beige background, the blue is very striking! Under certain lighting, an aqua tone cannot be discerned. Either way, it's just a good looking pillow.
The tassel trim is made up of several colors. There is light brown, a bronze tone, sage and beige, however, they are not prominent. From a distance, the colors in the tassels hardly stand out but, it creates depth and interest. It finishes approximately 12x24 also making it a very nice lumbar pillow. It is filled with down and feathers, backed with a beige cotton velvet and has a zipper closure.
