Kilim are fragments of hand woven wool rugs.  When parts wear out, then the better parts are cut and sewn into other usable items; in this case; Kilim cushion covers, kilim pillow covers & kilim pillows, Rug pillows! A carpet pillow like this may also be called a Turkish Kelim Pillow.  Each is a one of a kind hand made pillow.

This floral kilim and kilim pillows with other designs, are genuine Turkish Kilim, imported by a Kurdish man from the Highlands.  The work helps support his entire village.
